Pet Policy

At French Quarter, we understand that pets are an important part of many families. To ensure the comfort and safety of all our residents, we have established the following pet policy. This policy outlines the requirements and guidelines for pet ownership within our property.

Pet Registration and Fees

Non-refundable Pet Fee: A non-refundable pet fee of $350 is required for each pet. This fee is used to cover the costs associated with the general wear and tear that pets may cause to the property.

Monthly Pet Rent: In addition to the pet fee, a monthly pet rent of $25 per pet will be charged. This fee assists in covering the ongoing costs of maintaining pet-friendly amenities and spaces.

Number and Size of Pets

Maximum Number of Pets: Each apartment is limited to a maximum of two (2) pets.

Weight Limitation: Pets must weigh under 80 pounds. This limitation is set to ensure the comfort and safety of all residents and pets within our community.

Breed Restrictions

We have specific breed restrictions for dogs to ensure community safety. However, we understand that each pet is unique. If you have questions or concerns about your pet’s eligibility, please contact our leasing office for detailed information.
